Sabotaging the Tea Party

Lately the Left, from Obama and Pelosi on down, has been increasingly agitated and frightened by the growing power, influence, and numbers of the so-called “Tea Party,” which as we all know has just become (rightly or wrongly) a catch-all term for millions of Republicans and Independents that are just fed up with the radical progressive agenda of the Obama and his allies. On Tax Day hundreds of rallies will be held coast to coast as the Teaparticans flex their muscle to draw attention to an out of control big government, massive deficit spending, and the over-taxation of the American people. The Left has been trying to figure out how to discredit and smear those who have failed to blindly follow their leaders down the path of destruction. Cries of racism, extremism, homophobia and the like have failed to quell the “spirit of ’76″ that is sweeping the nation (but has led to better self-monitoring and self-policing within the Tea Party which is a good thing). Instapundits own Glenn Reynolds as well as  Michelle Malkin have taken a leading role in “outing” the increasing attempts at  infiltration of the Tea Party by Leftist agitators and even outlined attempts at physical confrontation planned by organized anarchist-commie types this coming Thursday. Here are just a couple recent articles on the subject.

Tea Party Agent Provocateur Outed

The Crash the Tea Party website encourages people opposed to the Tea Party — and who apparently support Obamacare and the idea that the federal government has the divine right to impose big government mandates at gunpoint — to infiltrate the movement and do things that will “further distance them from mainstream America and damage the public’s opinion of them.”

  1. Good stuff. For a minute a thought it was a post about Obama’s real life race-baiting, anti-white, anti-American pastor instead of a bunch of made up “what if’s.” It’s amazing how fixated some people are about race. When you can’t actually debate something, cry “racist.” A cheap trick but one used very successfully by our liberal friends…
