Time’s Up
The Constitution Club is one of the few places I felt comfortable enough to clearly air my political (and other) views with reasonable, like-minded individuals who have become, in some way, cyber-friends. My stay here has been pleasant, and even some of the posters I found disagreeable in word didn’t strike me as disagreeable in behavior.
It pains me to say it, but this will be my final post for the foreseeable future. I am having to deal with preparing for the loss of two grandparents and the poor health of a dear uncle, and frankly, politics and everything else has begun to take a back seat in my life. I will post links at my Facebook site, but at this time, I just don’t have the interest to blog under the circumstances.
It has been a true pleasure working with the lot of you, and as things improve here, I may consider rejoining. Thanks for the invite, and much success to you, ConClubbers.

I’ll miss you, too, Upinak. I’m not keen on going, but familial duties call. I will lurk and comment as I have time.
Aw MAN! How will the Beast get his monthly dose of Lithuanian Nose Flute videos? Say it ain’t so, Rudy!
Sorry to hear about your family issues. Hasten back,
Lithuanian?! How dare you!!!
They’re Latvian. I checked.
I’ll do my best to return as quickly as possible. Cheers, mate.
You will be missed. Thank you for all your contributions to the blog.
Thanks to you for making me feel welcome here, Dave. I’m very much obliged for that.
R.C.,
It’s hard to see you go. Life comes in seasons; may the thaw come quickly and with it your return. Until then, stay warm.
God bless!
Vérité
And God bless you, Vérité. Your work is a joy to read.
