Dave’s Quote of the Day

“Succinctly, ‘Progressivism’ is the incremental taking of freedom in exchange for growing servitude to the state, benefiting those it selects to receive the product of your labor, your intellect, your talents and skills. It is corrosive to societies, does not progress them in any way. Those who promote it will call sell it as ‘fair’, but it is entirely the opposite.” -Unknown

  1. Amusing: Folk reducing energy use, shrinking housing space, transport and gainful employment while collapsing the economy with unrepayable debt call themselves “Progressives.”

A few more years of such “progress” will leave us all working to catch up to the living standards of the Amish…

  2. If you can’t name your source, you don’t have one. Then you can make up anything you like.

    • If you would like to give me credit for the quote feel free to do so. I don’t take credit for unknown or anonymous quotes that aren’t mine however. Now, in fact, if I had actually written this I would have been happy to take the credit for it. But seeing that it is not my quote then obviously I do in fact have ‘a source’ for it. Try to keep up and follow along. Complaining just for the sake of complaining even when there is nothing to complain about is rather boorish and I humbly suggest you quickly snap yourself out of that bad habit. It’s quite unbecoming.
