Rebel is indeed socked into her house with her husband, three kids, dog and new kitten. She is lovin’ it. Rebel realizes there are those that hate snow, but she is not one of them. It is too rare in this locale to detest. It’s rarity makes it precious. To my faithful readers, I am not MIA. I am wrapping up my new fine jewelry collection. Those who might be curious how Rebel spends her non-politically obsessed time can check out her art jewelry at www.limstudio.com. My Water Garden collection is based on my water garden which is featured below. This is how Rebel & family are spending these lovely days:

We’re getting socked, too. We could get up to 14 inches in the foothills before it changes to rain around midnight. Fortunately, we prepared so are able to stay put for several days if need be.
The ski industry has been hurting big time around here, so I’m sure they’re ecstatic over this unusually large amount. This will be a major help in getting them out of the red.
(Beautiful photos, by the way.:-)
Thanks, Mo- are you up in this neck of the woods, too?
Not as far north as you. We moved from NoVA to the foothills of Boise, ID last July. This is our first winter here. It’s been unusually dry and mild so far, according to the neighbors.
Boise! I hear it’s gorgeous there! Yeah, I hear that they get LOTS of snow!
Gorgeous photos! Thanks for sharing and stay warm!
Thank you, and you are welcome!
You know what makes a picture; nice!
Snow goes well on Christmas cards and through windows. It goes ill in any form of reality; you are hereby bequeathed my lifetime entitlement, absolutely without obligation!
SNOW: A form of water at temperatures at or below freezing, hence wet, cold, slippery and cumulatively dangerous to life. The extravagant price God exacts for Spring, Summer and Fall.
lol! I’ll take it! And thanks for the kind comments..
We haven’t had much snow here in little ol’ North Judson, Indiana. The most we had was three inches and we had a brown Christmas
(darn global warming
). Last year was terrible. In one day had had to shovel the walk THREE times! My dad got a good laugh.
I spent several years in the ‘jewelry business’ and for about 2 1/2 of those I worked for an independent custom jeweler. So I have a bit of appreciation for what you do… Good luck!
Wow! Really, Dave? What did you do?
