Who would have thunk it…. the snow you see in your area is normal!

Snow

I love “ologists”.  You can’t get through a week without them chiming, yelling or trying to debate about humans causing AGW, Global Cooling or the new “Climate Change”.  I like teasing them as their “evidence” isn’t very old and you can’t base it in reality.  But per Roger Pielke Jr., it is all really up in the air:

In other words, researchers have yet to find evidence of more-extreme weather patterns over the period, contrary to what the models predict. “There’s no data-driven answer yet to the question of how human activity has affected extreme weather,” adds Roger Pielke Jr., another University of Colorado climate researcher.

Given the unknowns, it’s possible that even if we spend trillions of dollars, and forgo trillions more in future economic growth, to cut carbon emissions to pre-industrial levels, the climate will continue to change—as it always has.

The article is short, he flips and flops… but for the most part Rodger really doesn’t think you can do much concerning the weather … or climate change!

START Treaty Poker, and we just lost our friendly hand

It has been a while since I wrote.  But I had to get this out as it bothered me that no MSM or even FOX had anything on this story.

US gives Russia, UK’s Trident codes

Now, I have talked off and on about START from the beginning at it was even being mentioned, via just a whisper at the White House.  It really started around the time Gates and Obama wanted to take our Missile Defense out of Alaska, Hawai’i and off the coast area of California circa early 2009.  When Palin started chastising the both of them, saying that it was a bad move, you didn’t hear much about it until the end of 2009 and it was what the white hosue described “more like Reagan’s START treaties”.  But as I began looking into what was being published on it, I was more and more disturbed.

The Senate, before signing to allow this was not able to look at the details of the treaty with Russia.  I wonder why?  Does this sound familiar to anyone?  Also, on Feb 2nd (just a couple of days ago, Obama and “crew” signed the treaty without the press in the room, but someone took photos of the entire thing.  Who was there:

Those cameras captured President Obama signing the documents, seated at the Resolute Desk. Behind him stood Joint Chiefs Chairman Admiral Mike Mullen, Defense Secretary Robert Gates, Energy Secretary Steven Chu, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Sens. John Kerry, D-Mass., Dick Lugar, R-Ind., Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., and Thad Cochran, R-Miss., and Vice President Biden.

Anyone else alarmed as of yet?

Via the Wiki Link:

Trident I (designated C4) was deployed in 1979 and phased out in the 1990s and early 2000s. Trident II (D5) was first deployed in 1990, and was planned to be in service for the thirty year life of the submarines, until 2027.

Trident missiles are provided to the United Kingdom under the terms of the 1963 Polaris Sales Agreement which was modified in 1982 for Trident. British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher had written to President Carter on July 10, 1980 to request that he approve supply of Trident I missiles. However in 1982 Thatcher wrote to President Reagan to request the United Kingdom be allowed to procure the Trident II (designated D5) system, the procurement of which had been accelerated by the US Navy. This was agreed in March 1982.[1] Under the agreement, the United Kingdom made a 10% research and development contribution.
[edit] D5 Life Extension Program

In 2002, the United States Navy announced plans to extend the life of the submarines and the D5 missiles to the year 2040.[2] This requires a D5 Life Extension Program (D5LEP,) which is currently underway. The main aim is to replace obsolete components at minimal cost by using commercial off the shelf (COTS) hardware; all the while maintaining the demonstrated performance of the existing Trident II missiles. In 2007, Lockheed Martin was awarded a total of $848 million in contracts to perform this and related work, which also includes upgrading the missiles’ reentry systems[3]. On the same day, Draper Labs was awarded $318 million for upgrade of the Guidance System[3] . Then British Prime Minister Tony Blair was quoted as saying the issue would be fully debated in Parliament prior to a decision being taken.[4] Blair outlined plans in Parliament on December 4, 2006 to build a new generation of submarines to carry existing Trident missiles, and join the D5LE project to refurbish them.[5]

And from the commenter on HotAir, Gyro, an interesting link on Math and how it can crack codes:

Allied intelligence noticed each captured tank had a unique serial number. With careful observation, the Allies were able to determine the serial numbers had a pattern denoting the order of tank production. Using this data, the Allies created a mathematical model to determine the rate of German tank production. They used it to estimate that the Germans produced 255 tanks per month between the summer of 1940 and the fall of 1942.

Turns out the serial-number methodology was spot on. After the war, internal German data put der Führer’s production at 256 tanks per month — one more than the estimate.

Now, I could go on.. but this is just the start of what may have been in the pact for Russia agreeing with the START Treaty.  A Treaty we the citizens of the U.S  never needed to begin with.  The question, if it is true…. is this treasonous due to giving away of information to an enemy?  I would say yes and all those who were there for the signing of the treaty should be charged.  Please remember the names I have posted, because they are the ones who should have never let this go forth and sell our Allies secrets for tripe as well as now severing us from all of our allies.

To Prep or not to Prep… that is your decision.

Many do not think far enough in advance, as they always have this idiotic notion called IWNHTM (It will never happen to me) syndrome.  But when something bad does happen, they always expect someone to help or bail them out of the situation they didn’t think, or did not want to think about preparing for.  Now, I give some benefit of the doubt to those who move to a new area that may not have any idea about the area.  But for those who live and have lived in a region for a long enough period of time to know what natural dangers are around, I have no empathy for them.

Sometimes in life, there is no one there to help you and you have to stand on your own.

A quick Bug Out Bag for those who want to learn about Prepping and have nowhere to start.

Dave the Sage wrote an excellent write up on his “Preparedness: Hoping for the best and preparing for the worst” thread.  If you read it, you will understand quite a bit of what I am talking about.  But since I am not an English major, I am pretty sure you will understand me quite well.  I will also be linking quite a few websites for “prepping”.  Only to help with examples, terms and DIY’s.

Is Ahmadinejad on the outs?

President of Iran @ Columbia University.

Image via Wikipedia

I am watching headlines for any more information, but since it is coming out of Iran and possibly hearsay, one really may not know.  It might be a wish or a schtick, or maybe something more to come.  Either way rumors are casting about that Ahmadinejad may actually be cut loose.

Why?  From what I have been reading, it may actually be due to oil, Oil Company’s leave and Iran’s own parliament.  No matter how devote a muslim may be, even in Iran, there is still a need for money to run a dictatorship.  And with 4 different oil companies leaving in the last couple years, as they are American or American Friendly, it leaves a sour taste in the mouth of the parliament of Iran.  As the Iran government was sucking so much money out of the Oil Companies to drill in their sands, I really do not blame them for leaving….  Even with the death threats to all who worked on the rigs.

Here is a exert from DW-World DE:

“The charges are quite serious on the face of it,” notes Shahram Chubin, a Geneva-based Iran analyst with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. The 14 grievances listed range from a lack of transparency to the misappropriation of money and accusations that the president repeatedly acted without the approval of lawmakers.

Oh that has got to sting!  Here is an exert from the Jerusalem Post:

In July 2007, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad ordered the dissolution of the Management and Planning Organization of Iran, a 60-year-old, largely independent government body that had been responsible for much of the country’s economic oversight.

Unemployment is officially hovering in the 13 percent range and inflation at about 10%, though unofficial estimates suggest the true figures in both cases may be twice as bad. Unsustainably high subsidies mean, for instance, that Iran is among the cheapest places on earth to fill up your car with gas – just five or six dollars a tank. And because those levels of subsidy simply cannot be maintained, the president is replacing them with cash handouts, which in turn are proving ever-more expensive and hard to sustain.

All this is unfolding in a climate of intensifying, though far from hermetic, international sanctions. No Western oil companies are active in Iran, there is inadequate technical assistance to maintain extraction, and oil and gas production are down. Financial sanctions have sent the cost of doing business soaring, and exports are being hit.

As you can see, it isn’t just America having financial issues due to bad “management”.  Yet, as many are noticing the issues with Iran and how much their unemployment has gone up, their costs of import vs exports as well as just having a business in general with the taxing of their citizens… I find this interesting article from the Tehran Times:

The subsidy reform plan envisages a cutting of subsidies on fuel, electricity, and certain goods over the course of five years. The administration has decided to pay cash subsidies for an undecided period of time to compensate low-income families for the inflationary repercussions of the plan. The government has announced the main stage of the plan will go into force in the Iranian calendar month of Azar, which began on November 22.

“They (the West) say we have imposed sanctions on Iran and in sanctions situation, it (the subsidy plan) will not benefit Iran, while I tell them that Iran’s economy is growing but when you (the West) disagree, it is clear that this plan will benefit Iran’s people,” he stated.

Does something sound familiar?  I think you can see the jist of what I am trying to say.  Honestly, this is bothersome.  We know this is a lie, but what can you tell the people of Iran?  Is this the start of another “riot” for Iran as it seems that they are on the verge of collapse?  And if this keeps up, the Nukes Iran has won’t be the only problem the “West” as well as other Countries face.  This will be some economic holy war, as they blame others more so than they blame themselves.

Time may change, but actions do not.

Happy Thanksgiving!

From all of us at Con Club, to all of you, your Family and Friends.

Personally, I am thankful for much.  My Family, as some do not have one.  My Friends, as some may not have any where they are at the moment.  The job I have at the moment, as many do not.  The house I recently bought, even though it was a trial due to the sellers realtor.  My health, even if it isn’t the best.  I don’t have a lot, but what I do have I like to share it with others.

What makes you thankful?

Is it time to boycott Flying?

Airplanes

Image via Wikipedia

Being the fact I have to fly everywhere or drive for two days to get out of my State, through a Friendly Nation (thank God) and into the Continental U.S., I really don’t see the need to fly much unless there is a death in my or my husband’s family.  That is just me.

But, those who are in the continental U.S. have a choice.  Should you Fly or should you drive?  Yes, it can be a pain to drive…. but in the end, you ALWAYS have an exit strategy (for those who have caustic families) and those cool GPS’s that can find a new route if traffic is bad.  Right?  And gasoline or diesel can be much cheaper in the long run depending on where you are going compared to renting a vehicle to drive to your destination.  If you aren’t paying 3.33 for gasoline or 3.85 for diesel, please don’t complain.

The TSA has gone too far in my mind.  We have seen report after report about the problems this is causing as well as the new “Don’t Touch My Junk” boycott.  We have seen the video, heard the stories and shake our heads.  But when is it to say enough is enough and tell the family, friends or just cancel you vacation and tell the Airlines…. either you get the TSA out of the airport terminals you rent from out of the airports, or you will go out of business!  Honestly, if anyone touched my Mother, Husband or friend (including children) to the point of having them cry due to humiliation, I would have lost it and been arrested.

So, here is a poll.  What do you think?

And for all those traveling this Thanksgiving and Christmas Season.  I hope the best for you and your family.

Sarah Palin’s Alaska… and Alaska Overview.

I had it recorded as I had something going on, but it is put on hold.  So I am watching it and smiling.  It is cute so far… but I want to make sure that people know, Sarah and her Family have it a little better than most Alaskans.  Most Alaskans do not have a small airplane. :)

So watching the fishing was cute.  Piper saying she was never going to catch a fish … was typical for most Alaskans.  It is a streak thing, sometimes you catch bunches and other times you don’t catch for years it seems like.  I remember having a 2 yr run with very few salmon caught.  It is okay Piper.. most people will understand!  But watching the bears was fun and made me smile.  Both small brown bears, one with cubs and all very hungry.

On too where Sarah and Family are going to be climbing.  Well the Alaska Mountaineering School is in Talkeetna and is renowned to be a very good climbing school.  You meet people from all over the world due to climbers going for the gold.  It is a neat little building.  As it is not huge.  And it is on coveted land as it is across the tracks.. on the east side of Talkeetna.  The little shots you got of Talkeetna as of the little town and the Fairveiw Inn.  If you want to learn some cool history, look for the book “The Mystery of the Cache Creek Murders” by Roberta Reeve Sheldon.  She tells the story of Talkeenta and Trapper Creeks first Serial Murders…. which the FBI couldn’t investigate as the start of WWII.  Or google Roberta Reeve Sheldon…. as she is a bit of history all herself.

So Sarah Palin is climbing the glacier.  Well I have to say I would be a tad worried.  It is a tad slick due to the rain.  It rained and rained and rained up here this summer.  It was the rainiest ever for south central for decades.  But Ruth Glacier is very pretty and you can only get there by little airplane.

Now here is a little trivia that NO ONE will tell you about on TLC or possibly even on any other blogs.  The guy that takes Sarah Palin and Todd up in his plane, is a well-known trapper who has taken many other men and women all over and in the bush.  But can you guess who he is?

All in All it was cute.  It was cute.  Any other Alaskan who saw it, please chime in and tell use what you thought as well.

And for those who wonder when this was going on… July 15th.  Enjoy!

So, how about that election in Alaska?

I have been laying low, so to speak.  Watching the election and mainly busy with life.  But no one can tell me that the Senate Race here in Alaska has not been interesting.  I have seen on blogs all over the internet, watching people talk about how people hate Alaska now just for this one election, but always praise Sarah Palin when it comes to anything.  Umm…. where is Sarah from again?

So, they weren’t Dead after all!

Polar Bear (Sow And Cub), Arctic National Wild...

Image via Wikipedia

I always knew that most of the “endangered” animals where a ploy for wacked out environmentalists.  But this article from the Daily Mail, cracks me up to no end:

Conservationists are overestimating the number of species that have been driven to extinction, scientists have said.

A study has found that a third of all mammal species declared extinct in the past few centuries have turned up alive and well.

SO… per the article, 1/3rd of these “extinct” animals are coming back to life?  Or are people just not that observant?  Hmmm, I am thinking the latter.  And this is the reason why it irks me when you have the environmental wacko’s say it is all about Global Warming, the whales and the Polar Bears are going to go extinct!  The only reason a whale is going to become extinct is due to the problem of people eating them!  Or the Polar Bears becoming extinct due to bad garbage.  If you don’t know, Polar Bears in Alaska and in Canada are known to raid above ground garbage dumps because the environmentalists won’t let the Native people bury their garbage.  Does anyone else see a problem with this?

Now, with this small commentary from myself.  Does anyone wonder if we are going to have to live in caves again?  Fire will be our only source of heat and we might be lucky to live off berries and twigs!  I for one think the environmentalists need a dose of reality.  I suggest we put them on an island and let them live out their fantasy and leave the rest of the world… alone.

Anyone else agree?

Infighting and Fickleness on the Right.

Seal of Delaware.

Image via Wikipedia

The fickleness of the Right is astounding at the moment. I haven’t seen this much infighting since my time on this earth, and I am not sure I want to keep watching it. But then again I am not sure any of us have ever seen primaries like this. With that said though, it really is surprising how people are going for the jugular concerning Palin and who she picks. This includes O’Donnell, who won last night but has seemed to split people down the middle on supporting her. As I just watched the primaries in my State and what is happening here, I am stunned on how the primaries went in Delaware and how nasty it was and probably will become again. What I am concerned with isn’t the fact that Castle lost or that he will not help O’Donnell with her campaign, but the fact that Delaware is pretty moderate/liberal. It is very much like Massachusetts when it comes to the mindset of the people. There is no denying it nor is there a reason to argue about it. So we have O’Donnell and Coons as well as Miller and McAdams and others in other states which makes it very nerve-racking and overly stressful this coming November. Maybe I am having electigue (new word) and I am wishing this was over with. But it is more the nastiness of the people on the right that has me pushing back and watching rather than helping. Does anyone else feel the same concerning these elections?

The Problem with Alaska’s Republican Senate Race.

I am not sure about what others think, other than they wanted Miller, but this is not going to be a good general by any means.

So here is the problem, in Alaska, you don’t fight like you do in the lower 49.  You don’t play the blame game, nasty name game, or call the lawyers on each other game.  You just do not do it.  This State is too small and people find out the background of those who cause problems.  Right now people are ticked off and do not want Miller in any way, shape or form.

Since Miller and this people have been attacking from the beginning, it is no wonder that Murkowski did what she did at the end before she conceded.  Miller also had something else that many don’t realize.  The Ron Paulian vote.  Did you know that Ron Paul endorsed Miller, like Huckabee did?  Nope, I didn’t think that you knew.  And the fact that most of the Ron Paulians voted for Obama, it bothers the heck out of me that these people are coming out in droves to get Miller on the ticket.

Supposedly Miller had this 85K only for his running, but God help me you should have seen the ads for him via the outside influences and the fact they lied about Murkowski as well.  Murkowski had over a million dollars, but I didn’t see as much advertising or signs… and the reason I know is I have all over this state these last two weeks.  I have seen more signs for Miller than Murkowski and McAdams combined.

And who is this McAdams guy?  This is the democrat who may take the run of Senate away from the Republicans.  But here is the clincher.  Murkowski, after saying she wouldn’t run or had never heard about running Libertarian, may be running as a Libertarian?  My head swims at this.

My question, as I can not find an answer.  What happens when an Incumbant runs under a different “Party” and wins?  Are they still an Incumbant or…..?  This election is going to be in the National News Media again, sooner than later.

Coming soon to an area near you, Fake a Soldier Day.

I am a huge military veteran supporter, so it seriously makes me scratch my head when the 9th Circuit decided that everyone can be a Marine or in the Army with a medal of honor, when it use to be illegal to impersonate a soldier or troop.

Oil and the attitude of people

It really shocks me concerning the attitude of people when it comes too oil companies. I am not going to say that oil companies are the best thing since sliced bread; they have their issues like all corporations do. But why knock something that is providing a huge service to the world? I have heard many a person say that oil companies should stop drilling, leave the gulf, NIMBY, they are screwing up, not going by the regulations, etc. Sound familiar?

I can see why people say these things, but if they actually thought about it, they might not. Oil is like air, like water and the sun. We live it, breath it, use it, drive it, eat it….. and no one knows the better or wants to be the wiser concerning it.

Nasty Hoax email saying Senators are dead.. floating around

Now I don’t care for these people, but this is very foul.

Update II: My apologies.  This looks like a confirmed hoax.  I don’t delete posts, but I have changed the headline and will offer this as an apology for not getting independent confirmation.  My wife asked why anyone would want to do that, but I imagine someone’s getting a sick chuckle over this.

Anyway, best of health to you, Senator Lautenberg (and Leahy and Feinstein and …)

Hitchen’s… has cancer

Even though I didn’t agree with him, this is not the way to go.

I have been advised by my physician that I must undergo a course of chemotherapy on my esophagus. This advice seems persuasive to me. I regret having had to cancel so many engagements at such short notice.

Wow! Republican apologizes and then…….

… is asked to step down via another Repub FOR apologizing.

Wait.  Okay, so why?  Why, did Joe Barton (R-TX) apologize to BP?  If you heard the back and forth, you would know Barton was apologizing to BP CEO concerning what Obama was doing to the company and that it is a shake down.  But you can watch and be the judge.

What is beyond the scope of normal.  Boehner doesn’t back Barton and a Republican Senator Jeff Miller is asking for him to step DOWN?  Give me a break… stop going after each other Republicans.  No wonder conservatives don’t want to be associated with GOP or Beltway Repubs.

But then you have Waxman (D-CA) accusing BP for stonewalling, or kicking the can down the road.   WOuldn’t that be the head of the Federal Government who was kicking a can?  Working with the EPA and telling the EPA that the BP strategies weren’t good enough and the dispersant used was going to harm animals.  Guess what.. it isn’t harming anything.

So who is at fault?  You make the call now.

Escrow on Leasing land for States and their people? Oil Companies may say no.

So when did just BP have to do an escrow fund?  I have a feeling it will go to all oil companies off shore drilling or if they are drilling on BLM land.

Okay before we go there… let me explain MMS (Mineral Management Service) and BLM (Bureau of Land Management) under the DOI (Dept. of the Interior).  MMS is ONLY for Offshore items.  BLM is ONLY for Onshore items.  When you drill offshore, you talk to the MMS but if you are drilling onshore you talk to the BLM… the DOI is just the head grand Pooh-Bah of the two.   Are you with me yet?

When did women grow a pair? Because I like it!

Not that I am saying it is a bad thing.  Many women I know as of late, just seem to be tired of the B.S. going rampant.  And like the old saying goes…. If Mama’s not happy, ain’t no one happy!

So we seem to have quite a few new women contenders for the Primary Elections.   But check out this nice Map of the U.S. and see the Battle for Senate.

In California, Cary Fiorina has the ticket giving Barbara “Don’t call me Ma’am” Boxer a run for her money for that Senate seat.  Anyone want to wager on this election?

South Carolina and the run for Gov. is taking an interesting turn as Nikki Haley is up and going for the next step even after that dumb blogger accused her of an affair that probably didn’t happen.

Nevada is going to be an awesome site as well.  Sharron Angle looks like she may kick Capt Kickasses (Obama) Senate Majority Leader, Harry “voted Nay twice on ObamaCare by accident” Reid, completely out of the senate.  I hope she mops the floor with this moron.

Sarah Palin endorsed Fiorina and Nikki Haley.  Do you think that was one of the reasons they got the vote?

Is this the year that Mama’s around the country have had it with stupid policies and idiots who don’t think before they speak and just take, take take, from the tax payers?  I think it may be.  Now, where are the guys with a pair?  Well I still like Col. Allen West.  Anyone else?

Iditarod 2010

I went out with the man and thought I should post some pictures of who I took pictures of at the start.  The man and I went out 15 miles or so and found a quiet spot to watch them go by.  Here are some of them.  Jeff King (who gave me the peace sigh), Dee Dee (in pink for breast cancer as she is a survivor) and the Jamaican.  He kept saying Yea’h Man… and was funny as he road by.  Hope you enjoy them.

Pelosi and her “Jobs” slip up on healthcare.

Welcome all ye who enter here for health care.  This is MY interpretation…. if you don’t like it, don’t read it.

What does this have to do with Job?  Well Pelosi did a boo boo and said something about how the “jobs” were to take care of the healthcare bill.  Interesting… but how is healthcare going to be dealing with “jobs”?

Well interestingly enough I am taking some courses on healthcare, concerning medical coding and such.  I like to keep my options open in the job market.  And man am I learning stuff.  Like Social Security is the head of the Dept. of Health and Human Services who is in charge of Medicare and so on.  But what is more then interesting is how they hire individuals to audit Doctors offices who “accept” Medicare for their clients.  What do I mean?

Well if a Doctor takes on Medicare patients, they only get a very small amount per visit depending on type of visit.  Lets say about 45% of the actually visit… so around 45 dollars from the Government.  Okay, you have the start of an idea.  Nobody but the doctor is being paid for that.  The Doctor doesn’t get reimbursed for supplies, using instruments if need be nor does his staff get reimbursed for these patients.  The staff is mainly working for free on anything Medicare related.. including billing out the patient.

Now, the DHHS (Dept of Health and Human Services) contract people called Medicare Admin Contractors to AUDIT these Doctors if they see an issue concerning the codes that are sent to them for reimbursement.  Now, do you see a problem with this?  I do.

You have these people who sit there have to look up codes for certain issues and problems associated with the patient (which BTW can take a while if there is a patient who is not healthy in any degree) and don’t get paid for it.  So FYI these coders won’t care about all the codes and try to get the billing done to send out to the patient (if there is a need to bill the patient) as well as the Medicare dept.  So that is when the MAC’s (Medicare Admin Contractors) come in an audit the doctors office with no say so as to why.  But here is the kicker, not if but WHEN they find a problem with the billing (as they only audit codes and billing) they fine you for every single problem found.

Nice how that 4 million jobs is going to be only for health care jobs… isn’t it!  If I were a Doctor, I would dump Medicare (and any government health associated venue) and be my own practice.

Good Luck to the Physicians’ concerning Government Health Care!

Ed at HotAir.com has a few links and a video if you care to see it.  I don’t have to stutter on how interesting the video is, so you can be your own judge.

Dead at 77

John Murtha passed away today due to a perforated intestine, which was a complication due to gall bladder surgury.

I don’t really care for Murtha, as a person he was a jerk.  But as a Marine as well as a family man… there is something to say.  Yes he said some stupid things about our troops which he knows were wrong.  But as a Marine he did volunteer his services for Veitnam and was also a Korean War Vet.  He was also married to the woman for over 50 year.  Just because he was a complete jerk…. doesn’t mean he wasn’t the worst person in the world.

I can think of a few who are FAR worse then Murtha.

Just checking my GQ shoes for the shine!

Welcome.. the NEW GeezPod.. err I mean IPad.

When I first SAW the picture, as you may all see, what popped into my head was “OMG, they made a IPod for Legally Blind old people!”

Well.. sort of.  It is the new IPad, as I will say GeezPod is the newest item of Apple.  enjoy the read.

AMERICA RISING!

I didn’t vote for Obama.  But I think this video is best for those who did… and are regretting it.

enjoy!

Where is TOTUS?

If you have been around, you would know what TOTUS is.  The Teleprompter of the United States, of course.  But as of Jan. 1, 2010 no posts from teh one’s awesome prompter that brought hundreds of laughs to the Nation.

My Favorite:

Come on folks, let’s be clear: does Big Guy look like someone who knows the difference between the Medal of Freedom and the Medal of Honor?  And his staff?  They’d have him vote “present” for one if he were still in the Senate, and they’d stall on the review for the other, especially if it involved a brave soul in Afghanistan.

I hope TOTUS is okay.  You have to give props to a prompter that is dragged all over, tries to commit suicide and has a temper tantrum as well!  But then, we all know that the POTUS has issues with word… but with 6th graders?

I miss the TOTUS.  Someone please make TOTUS come back… I think we all need a laugh!

She’s a Lady.. Wooo Oooo Ooo, She’s a Lady!

Oh yes, Tom Jones belts it out for sure.  but the reason this came to mind is due to the candid, yet expressive little gem of a comment towards Senator Bachmann.

“I’m going to treat you like a lady,” Mr. Specter shot back. “Now act like one.”

Ms. Bachmann replied, “I am a lady.”

A little about Alaska.

I mentioned in my first post that I would talk about Alaska.  I am not sure who has all been up here, but if you have I hope you enjoyed it!

I have lived in this state most of my life.  I fish and hunt for subsistance (making baked alaskan silver salmon with lemon and cheddar) and own property around the state.  I enjoy living here… and before you give me crap saying I am a trailer trash Palin bot, I have lived in the lower 49 and moved back because you all are insane!

Ahhh sweet victory!

I admit that I was worried concerning the Brown throw down concerning the MSM spinning.  But there is a reason why.  The price of corruption shows no bounds and the People have had enough.  And God help us all, they are a tad ticked off … so to speak.

There is a woman actually handing out absentee ballots.  Why?

But that is neither here nor there anymore.  How about this little tid bit as Brown is now elected in “The Peoples Seat” that Barney Frank is shaking in his boots concerning Obamacare.
