OBAMA: ATMS ARE “PART OF THE PROBLEM”

In a post earlier this week, I commented on Barack Obama’s claim that ATMs are partially to blame for the sorry state of the economy. (The other part being GEORGE BUSH.)

As a result of Obama’s ridiculous “logic,” the good folks at Media Research Center put together this spoof video. Things aren’t getting any easier for our beleaguered president.

Call to Ban Bible Under Pakistan’s Elastic Blasphemy Laws

Nina Shea posts on the evil circus that is Pakistan. Simpletons from the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam now consider the Holy Bible to be a pornographic blasphemy, threatening to punish people who own one. We should pull out of Pakistan, finish whatever business we have in the area, and be done with them. There will come a day when the monstrous mullahs infesting the country will pay for their hideous behavior against Christians and others. Until that day comes, it is best to let them stew in their own juices.

Saving the Spotted Owl

For no reason I know of, the thought of endangered species came to mind on Tuesday morning. Then I saw this article and started wondering about synchronicity. I’m sure it’s just coincidence, but the entire story is so improbable that it seems like an April Fool’s Day joke. I don’t even know whether to laugh or cry or howl in rage.

Back in the late 80s/early 90s, the Great Spotted Owl provided employment for way too many environmental activists and caused unemployment for way too many loggers. We were assured that if the logging industry would stop cutting down trees, the Spotted Owls would come back and everything would be fine. That didn’t happen.

Replacing junk science with real research, we now realize that the Spotted Owl decline had nothing to do with logging and everything to do with its raptor rival, the Barred Owl. It’s bigger and stronger and not so picky about where it nests and hunts. The Spotted Owl can’t compete, so it continues to die out.

The reasonable response to this news by the environmental activists would be, “Oh, we’re sorry, we were mistaken. Go ahead and start logging again, and include those 8.6 million acres that we took away from you through the courts.” Ha-ha, silly person, you’re expecting a reasonable response? Think again, and you would never in a million years come up with the real story.

The real story is that there are plans in the works to save the Spotted Owl at any cost, including killing barred owls. This makes absolutely no sense. It’s not like trying to eradicate zebra mussels or protect against Med Flies. The Barred Owl is native to North America, and it is not a pest. Basically they are planning to kill big, strong, beautiful birds who play a vital role in our ecosystem. The government report calls it barred owl management. I call it needless slaughter and animal cruelty.

Here’s an alternative plan: let nature take its course. Back off, get out of the forest, let the Spotted Owl and the Barred Owl compete naturally, and may the best raptor win. According to the report, if we take no further action, we will be saving $147.1 million over 30 years that could better be spent on maintaining bridges or upgrading the national power grid (or building bullet trains). It’s apparent that the Spotted Owls are going to become extinct anyway, because they can’t compete. Hey, it’s survival of the fittest, right?

This brings me back to the point of my initial thoughts on Tuesday. What is the big problem with the extinction of a species like the Great Spotted Owl? If it’s replaced by its bigger, stronger cousin the Barred Owl in a process of natural selection, then the forest becomes a better place with not so many rodent pests running around. How many billion dollars will we spend to keep this bird (or any of several oddly-shaped snails or weirdly-colored mice) alive?

Video: Common Cause protests include calls to lynch Clarence Thomas

Here at Constitution Club we do our best to parade the endless hypocrisy of the Left out for everyone to see. If you remember back just a few short weeks ago that Gov. Palin and a variety of conservative talk show hosts, as well as the Tea Party, were directly and pointedly accused of a large variety of despicable acts. They were accused of using hateful and violent vitriol that created the climate of violence directly resulting in the attempted assassination of a sitting congressperson. And that wasn’t an accusation merely peddled by a few on the fringe but boldly and proudly shouted from the rooftops in a coordinated effort from progressives at opednews.com, huffintonpost.com, all over facebook, pandagon.net and the usual suspects at Code Pink and Moveon.org.

Following the initial onslaught, and the discovery that the perpetrator of said shooting was actually far more Left-wing than Right, the mantra for the need for a new cult of civility, brotherly love, and the “toning down of rhetoric” (meaning sit down and shut up if you don’t like Obama, big government, and political correctness) was soon the mating call of the Left and their allies in the media. But, as you’ll see here, much hypocritical garbage was as shallow as it was silly, and explicitly designed to merely mute the Right while emboldening the Left.

The Left and progressivism is an ideology dominated with an almost palpable hatred of many people and many things. It drives them, it fuels their fire, and is quite disturbing to see at times. They say they practice the politics of hope but as you can see, it is truly the politics of hate.

Can you imagine the media firestorm if similar racist things had been uttered at a Tea Party rally, even if just by a few? The non-stop outrage and media coverage would be incredible. Instead, we can hear the crickets chirping. What a mockery they make of objectivity and journalistic integrity.

“Everybody does it? Think it through and you will see that this is a stunning indictment of the American left. To begin with, it is not true that everybody does it. As we noted yesterday, the formerly mainstream media have spent the past two years trying to depict the Tea Party as precisely the sort of racist, hateful, violent political movement that Common Cause appears in the video to be. That media effort has failed, not for lack of will but for lack of evidence. If everybody did it, the Tea Party would do it, and if the Tea Party did it, you would have read about it in the New York Times.”

“So here we have a corporation that advertises itself as a ‘grassroots organization’ while exercising its First Amendment rights to advance the position that corporations do not have First Amendment rights, only individuals do. Some individuals, participating in the corporation’s ‘grassroots’ rally, exercise their First Amendment rights in ways that harm the corporation’s image. The corporation responds by exercising its First Amendment rights to denounce those individuals for having exercised their First Amendment rights. And it does in its capacity as a faceless corporation, by issuing a statement for which no individual–not even CEO Bob Edgar–takes responsibility.”

“For the sake of truth in advertising, Common Cause should change its name to Hypocrisy Hub.”

VMI Celebrates Muslim Invasion, Brutal 781-year Occupation of Spain

There are no words…

This is what happens when the cult of “tolerance, diversity, sensitivity, and multiculturalism” begins to capture the military related institutions of this country. They’ve already captured the colleges, entertainment, and the media, and the rest of our societal and cultural institutions are under full-scale assault. We all sneer at political correctness and the ‘isms’ of the Left that accompany it but it is deadly serious struggle we are engaged in. It is gut-wrenching to watch a culture and a people begin to slit their own throats and surrender on all fronts. As conservatives we see these attacks on common sense, our heritage, and our culture coming. We warn against it, rail against it, and predict the eventual outcome of it, but for whatever reason we seem to be helpless to prevent these things from happening. In this never-ending culture war, that the Left has declared and the Right is forced to fight, conservatives are always losing unless they win and liberals are always winning unless they lose. We have traveled that far down a dangerous path that eventually only leads to damnation and ruin.

Progressivism is the most insidious of fifth columns that undermines the traditions and institutions that once made this country great. It is really an amazing thing to watch as one by one the dominoes are toppled as the Left continues to wage its ruthless ideological war on all that is true, right, decent, moral, and rooted in tradition, religion, and Western culture.

VMI Celebrates Muslim Invasion, Brutal 781-year Occupation of Spain

Stonewall Jackson is rolling over in his grave.

Next month his beloved Virginia Military Institute will be convening a celebration commemorating the 1300th anniversary of the invasion and occupation of Spain under the Muslim warlord Tariq ibn Ziyad in 711 A.D. The March 23-25 celebration entitled “711-2011: East Meets West” and organized by VMI’s Center for Leadership and Ethics, is scheduled to feature standard Muslim apologists Reza Aslan and Akbar Ahmed. VMI Superintendent Gen. J.H. Binford Peay has even filmed an invitation to the celebration.

No word if VMI’s World War II commemoration will be entitled “Germany meets Poland, Czechoslovakia, Austria, Belgium, France, Norway, The Netherlands and Russia”.

Event organizers describe the event as follows:

We celebrate the 1300th anniversary of Tariq ibn Ziyad’s crossing of the Straits of Gibraltar, setting into motion the fusion between two worlds.  The agenda will tell the vital story of the achievements when Muslims, Christians, and Jews thrived side by side in Western Europe, building a society that lit the Dark Ages. Experts will discuss how to transform education, promote tolerance, political reform, and advance human development so that we can emulate the spirit and triumphs of the early years.

The Social Network, The King’s Speech, and the “Homosexuality” of King David

Mark D. Roberts is one of the few Evangelical Christians who is, to my mind, erudite enough to write both theologically and interestingly in the crossroads of pop culture and religion. He reviews the lack of true friendship in The Social Network, male cameraderie in The King’s Speech and the tiresome accusation of homosexuality by scholars who really should know better in the Bible, relating to the bizarre article published by the BBC (also on BBC Radio) during the celebration of the 400th Anniversary of the King James Bible.

The hypocrisy of the Left in the face of tragedy

The absolute hatred that spewed forth from the Left for eight long years during the Bush administration can’t even be touched by anything the Right has come forth with in the last two. The Left is awash with hypocrisy if they attempt to lecture conservatives on “toning down the rhetoric.” Such silliness would be sad if it wasn’t so devious and underhanded. Liberals threw out polite political discourse many years ago so I guess we were just all stunned to hear them suddenly clamoring for such a thing this morning. What a shock that they suddenly had a Paul-on-the-road-to-Damascus moment.

Playing the blame game with the Arizona shootings

I’ll be very honest. Conservatives have a low regard for liberals because of the types of comments as we have seen over the last 24 hours in regards to the tragedy in Arizona. This was a tragedy totally outside the realm of cheap political potshots. When the gutter-licking Left tries to turn tragedies like this into some sort of anti-Palin, anti-Fox News, anti-Limbaugh and Beck, or anti-Tea Party (or whatever) political statement we should all be extremely disgusted at such pathetic attempts to smear an opponent with the blood of real people and real victims. And frankly, shame on all those who are acting this way today. Disgusting, uncalled for, a devious and obvious lie, and very disrespectful for the victims that were injured or killed yesterday. I was saddened to see such references already floating around today. Shame on the Left for engaging in such behavior.

The War on the Happy Meal

McDonald’s suit over Happy Meal toys by California mom Monet Parham new low in responsible parenting

“Because of McDonald’s marketing, [her daughter] Maya has frequently pestered Parham into purchasing Happy Meals, thereby spending money on a product she would not otherwise have purchased.”

How whiny and pathetic do you have to be to have to file a lawsuit against McDonald’s in hope that might stop your kid from eating one? It’s called ‘free enterprise’ and though some may complain about the type of tactics used to get Reid votes in Nevada and kids to want to go to McD’s, the former if far more harmful than the latter.

Tolstoy’s Excommunication Can’t Be Reversed, Russian Orthodox Church Says

Leo Tolstoy is one of my top five favorite writers ever.  Even with this ‘ringing’ endorsement, the Russian Orthodox Church is right in not rescinding his excommunication.  Church membership is a voluntary activity, and they have rules communicants are expected to follow. Tolstoy’s embrace of heresy and anarchism, as well as his own very public break with the Church, put him in this situation.

This gentleman’s blog post on his fun at the airport has received over 5,000 comments and his calm but brave stand against fairly invasive airport security procedures has made him a Robin Hood for a great many Americans who are just fed up with it all. Pay special attention to the multitude of threats he received and the statements about him ‘giving up his rights’ that pepper the account. Kind of makes you wonder what they would do if entire flights just refused to participate in technological strip-searches and government groping exercises.

Five Best Moments from MSNBC’s Apocalyptic Night

5 Best Moments from MSNBC’s Apocalyptic Night

It’s kind of nice to see those who have run roughshod over the American people and have shown themselves to be nothing more than smug, arrogant elitists to finally, finally, be brought down to earth. Those who openly bribed others with funds from the public treasury to pass legislation have finally been held accountable for their actions. Obama was almost kind of contrite today and his arrogant “we won, you lost” style of governance isn’t quite as effective or applicable today. Let there be rejoicing in the land that I will not have to look at Pelosi’s face staring back at me at another State of the Union address ever again.

Oh, and MSNBC last night completely abandoned even the semblance of being an actual news outlet. Amazing. I went back and forth between CNN and Fox. Both did a decent job of covering the election.

A Breakthrough in Medicine Long Overdue

Ladies and Gentlemen, we could be witnessing THE medical breakthrough of the century.

When you find the source, the cure can’t be far behind.

Details here.

Over-protectionism, or… You really do need a passport to come down here.

Welcome to the deep south.  That’s right.  Where the hospitality flows and nothing is ever negative, it’s just ‘special’, or ‘lovely’.  (“What do you think of this?” … “Oh, isn’t that lovely, dear.”)

Being the parent of three extremely extroverted kids, I often find myself struggling with the idea of being over-protective.  Yes, that’s right, I’m the one who won’t let the kids go out and play in the street unsupervised even though my parents did it.  I’m the one who makes sure that they are strapped into the all but bulletproof car seats in the safest cars with the bulletproof glass and tinted windows.  I’m the one who won’t let the kids get into the back of the truck to ride down to the pond even though I recall falling out of the truck several times as a kid.  (“Mom, I fell out of granddad’s truck on the way to the pond. It hurt.”  “Oh, isn’t that lovely, dear?”)

Most days I endure the comments.  “Oh, I understand why you won’t let your kids come over to spend the night. It’s fine, no really.. it’s lovely.”

Then there are days where I come to work and my colleague says “hey did you hear about..”, and suddenly I am justified.  Yes, welcome to the deep south, where rolling just isn’t how they roll anymore.

Facebook is an evil idea. It destroys friendships. Oh, well… Off to the news:

Gunmen Storm Chechen Parliament by Lauren Frayer, AOL News.

Chechnya will never be quelled so long as a madman like Moscow’s hand-picked strongman, Ramzan Kadirov, is allowed to run roughshod over the citizenry, driving them to extremists who have more in common with Al Qaeda rather than the indigenous Sufi movements which are more prevalent in the region. Expect to see a lot more attacks like this one soon in Chechnya, possibly igniting a third war in the region in the past 20 years.

Schwarzenegger and Chapman Party On in Moscow by Kim Ziegfeld, La Russophobe.

A shameful idiot of a Governator goes to Moscow and looks like an industrial tycoon in comparison to the locals, who are salivating at making a pseudo-Silicon Valley near Moscow that will, most likely, simply turn into a place for either the Putin/Medvyedev axis or the Russian Mafia to shake down and scare off any investment. It gets worse as Anna Chapman, the “sexy spy,” (right…) who bumbled her way into fame gets hired by a bank for her “advice.” Pity poor Russia.

Russian Commander Appeals to Mufti to Help Restore Order in His Unit By Paul Goble, Window on Eurasia.

Russian racism is nothing new. Anyone who doesn’t look like a run-of-the-mill Slav, even if you are as pale as the Georgians are, gets called the local equivalent of a nigger (and you’d better believe they find it as offensive as an African-American would). Russian Muslims in general are being treated in a disgraceful and inhuman way in Perm, Siberia, and insurrections are beginning to happen against officers who treat conscripts harshly. More bad news for the Russian Bear, I’m afraid.

Whoopi on civility?

Whoopi Goldberg is now trying to make money bemoaning the loss of civility.

I kid you not.

She has written an entire book about it. Seriously, she has.

This of course came out right about the time she was telling basically everyone who had an opinion about the 9/11 Mosque to kiss her butt. And of course, her daily civil discourse usually sounds something like this:

Just a couple of suggestions on civility here would do. Firsties, don’t talk over people. Secondies, don’t interrupt others. Thirdly, comparing modern people to historic despots isn’t civil. Fourthly, lying about others isn’t civil either ( some would call it slander ).

I really think when she sets the bar a little higher she’ll have room to complain about others. Until then, just send me your $12.49. It’ll do a little more good for mankind than her hypocritical book.

Proud Socialists March at Left-Wing Protest in DC

You have to wonder how the press would react if Mein Kamf was openly sold at Tea Party rallies and the Ku Klux Klan (the real one, not the soccer moms who doesn’t cheerlead Obamacare) marched around in full regalia and were fully accepted by the other rally participants. Perhaps a few books peddled with Mussolini on the front cover. They would have the biggest collective temper tantrum the world has ever seen. Yet the Left’s exact version of what I just hypothesized about happened just a matter of days ago as the Left attempted to mimic the anger and drive of the Tea Party movement with a little gathering of their own in Washington D.C. The hypocrisy and media bias in such matters, though completely expected, is still staggering. It is nice, though, to see the radical agenda on such open parade for all to see.

A great video showing the vast array of Government workers, socialists, union members, and anti-Israel advocates that were bussed in for the “One Nation” rally can be found here on PJTV.

I know that you’ll love this:

Resistance is justified, when people are occupied!

Oh yeah, baby. Almost kind of catchy. And the tamborine was a nice touch, don’t you think? At a Right-wing rally you might see the Betsy Ross or perhaps a Don’t Tread On Me flag. At a Left-wing rally you might see a red banner or perhaps a hammer and sickle flag. That ought to tell you something about the ideologies involved in this classic struggle for the hearts and minds of the American people. Which side are you on?

Sex Education, Social Engineering, Progressive Politics And The Rainbow Agenda

I personally home schooled my daughter through 7th grade and my son through 6th. She is positioned to be the valedictorian of her school next year and hopes to go into law or medicine. As an 11th grader, she claims to be the ONLY virgin she knows of in her entire high school (of over 1000 students). Her 8th grade brother is an honor student taking both regular and advanced classes despite profound dyslexia. He, too, is proud to be a virgin. Referring to his classmates, he says “most of them” are sexually active. What difference did an abstinence-based (home schooling) curriculum make in their lives? I believe it made all the difference! By far the best place to give children a healthy understanding of the proper role of sex in their lives is in their own homes.

Alaska gored by a RINO

Sen. Lisa Murkowski mounting write-in bid for Senate

U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski says she’ll mount a write-in campaign in Alaska in an effort to hold onto her seat after last month’s stunning Republican primary loss to Joe Miller. Murkowski made her announcement Friday evening at a rally in Anchorage while surrounded by supporters chanting: “Run, Lisa, Run!”

This falls under the category of “are you kidding me?”. Followed by “are you serious?” and, cue the sarcasm, “good luck with that.” People don’t know how to be good losers anymore and I guess the days of crossing over the aisle to shake your opponents hand after they beat you fair and square has gone the way of opening the door for ladies and the Roman Empire. Every shrill voice who has screeched about how O’Donnell endangers the GOP takeover of the Senate should now be equally shrill about how Murkowski now endangers that same goal. But they won’t, because it is a one way street to attack those who dare to not hurrah abortion, cheerlead the homosexual agenda, or otherwise imprudent enough to mention the word “constitutional.”

I can tell you one thing. This is not going to be your usual boring mid-term election. There is a surprise every day and it gets weirder all the time.

Helena Sex Ed Curriculum (barely) Revised…

Helena, MT (ConClub) – The Helena School District’s feeble attempts to quell widespread public opposition to teaching a gay activist/liberal/progressive sex-ed program beginning in kindergarten and including homosexuality from the outset, represent too little in the way of real, substantive change. Thus, they have categorically failed to impress what turned out to be a small army of local critics here. A well attended meeting hosted by Helena Youth Advocates (HYA), a grassroots organization comprised largely of concerned parents was held at the Public Library this evening. As well as vocal parents, it appeared to include opposition activists, politicians and even one teacher (who wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons).

The Last Word on the Sherry Sherrod “Incident”

So what do you think the average person learned from the entire Sherry Sherrod, maybe-she’s-a-racist-maybe-she-is-not, whirlwind?

Despite those who tried to lecture down to us about another Obamanisque ‘teachable moment,’ if you guessed “nothing” you are probably correct. But a lot of people spent an amazing amount of time and effort to analyze, apply lessons to, castigate others about, and generally focus far too much attention on what was in fact an extremely minor event in a world of perpetual outrages, questionable events, and endless partisan potshots. The fact that this exploded onto the national stage with such vigor shows that as a nation we are still little more than infantile when it comes to race relations and that entire national organizations and otherwise educated and mature adults have no ability to discuss race properly. Reasonable people can have differing views on race, race relations, and racism and how it affects modern day society. But that can be, and should be, handled in calm, reasonable, and intelligent manner.

Obesity Rating for Every American Must Be Included in Stimulus-Mandated Electronic Health Records, Says HHS

New federal regulations issued this week stipulate that the electronic health records–that all Americans are supposed to have by 2014 under the terms of the stimulus law that President Barack Obama signed last year–must record not only the traditional measures of height and weight, but also the Body Mass Index: a measure of obesity.

Is Explaining Natural Moral Law Hate Speech?

Illinois professor fired for giving Catholic teaching on homosexuality

The University of Illinois has fired an adjunct professor for teaching in a class on Catholicism that homosexual acts violate natural moral law.

Dr. Kenneth Howell was informed that he could no longer teach in the university’s department of religion. The decision came after a student complained that Howell’s statements were “hate speech.”

They fired a Catholic for teaching Catholic beliefs in a Catholic class? Political correctness saps the common sense right out of society and culture. It is not hate speech to proclaim the Biblical and Christian stand that homosexuality is wrong and an abomination. A sin against both God and nature. You may disagree with that stand, but that is no more hateful than saying sleeping with the girl at work is wrong, or stealing that bike out of the neighbor’s garage is wrong, or disrespecting your parents is wrong. The Truth is no respecter of persons and is not bound by your cultural whims or the fact that you start to squirm when sin is called sin. Moral depravity has become the taboo subject in a society which is now governed by the short-sighted moral guidance of “do what thou wilt. Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we may die.”

Pete Stark, who ya gonna kill today?

I’ve written about Pete Stark here before. He’s ineffective and nuts. However, every time I’ve written about socialists in the House of Representatives, his name pops up. This is where Pete Stark calls home:

Sex complaint against Gore is detailed, credible

Ick. Disgusting. Unfortunately, sex scandals seem to go hand-in-hand with powerful A-type personalities.

Though I find him utterly distasteful, I really, truly hoped that if Al Gore had to break up with his wife Tipper, it would have truly been because they simply grew apart.

This is not to say I am being a “rah-rah” chorus for divorce. I’m a divorcee myself, and it is a grueling, painful ordeal best gone through my making as much peace with the ex as possible.

It turns out that Mr. Global Warming (or whatever his pet cause is called this week) was a letch. Byron York of the Washington Times has the gory details. Somewhere out there, Bill Clinton’s got to be cracking up.

What’s Wrong With Obama?

The Beast already brought up some of the head-scratching from the MSM here and here.

I’m not a psychologist of any kind, but even as a layman I think this analysis makes a lot of sense. Sure, it’s arguable as it is one person’s (even if she is a psychotherapist) opinion.

Interesting to ponder, nonetheless.

A Shrink Asks: What’s Wrong with Obama?
By Robin of Berkeley
So what is the matter with Obama? Conservatives have been asking this question for some time. I’ve written a number of articles trying to solve the mystery.

Even some liberals are starting to wonder. James Carville railed about Obama’s blasé attitude after the catastrophic oil spill. The New York Times’ Maureen Dowd revamped Obama’s “Yes We Can” motto into “Will We Ever?”

The liberal women of the TV show “The View” have expressed sympathy for Michelle Obama’s living with a man so out of touch. Peggy Noonan, hardly a vehement Obama foe, recently pronounced him disconnected.

Obama’s odd mannerisms intrigue a psychotherapist like me. He also presents a serious diagnostic challenge.

Debbie Schlussel is still off her rocker

I like Cassy Fiano’s writing. Mil-Wives are a respectable lot, and they bear a grave cross that’s worth of the respect due a woman of her position. I also normally think well of Debbie Schlussel, but in this case she is beginning to look like a nut-burger. Why the lady is trying to sling hash against fellow conservatives boggles the mind a bit.

I don’t know if the dear lady is off her meds, but she seems like she’s having a blogger-ific public meltdown. It looks pretty silly for a Jewish woman to call a bunch of Jews like Mark Levin and Dennis Prager antisemetic based on nothing resembling serious evidence.

Watching this catfight between bloggers is just… sad. It’s one thing if I am bickering with a liberal or libertarian, as we’re supposed to argue points, but to see two people allegedly on the same side sniping… Sad. Although it would make good fodder for a WWE steel cage-Texas Death-dog collar two-out-of-three-falls shindig.

What happened to Little Green Footballs?

Our very own E the Wise pointed out the other day that any visit to the blog Little Green Footballs has become a repulsive exercise and should be avoided at all costs. As an inquisitive glutton for online punishment I failed to heed his warning and came away feeling slightly dirty and almost ashamed of myself. I felt like I had broken a taboo or peeked into something that was designed to be hidden from the public view. It was embarrassing. LGF is a sad shell of what it once was. A shadow of its former self. The once vaunted and often linked to LGF has imploded, its reputation shattered, while  its author Charles Johnson has apparently become unhinged or sold out to the peddlers of discredited ideologies. In an inappropriately named piece titled Right-Wing Flame War! The New York Times turns its erratic and not always correct journalistic spotlight on the events surrounding Charles Johnson’s and LGF’s “break with the right.” Despite the sometimes obvious flaws it is an interesting journey into the meltdown at LGF and some of the fallout that accompanied it.
