QUESTION: Can an increase in the unemployment 
rate be viewed as positive proof that Barack Obama’s “stimulus” package has worked?
ANSWER: Of course it can. On Planet Obama, that is. Just three days after the Labor Department announced that unemployment rose to 9.2% in June, Obama said that the loss of more jobs proved that his $830 billion “stimulus” plan worked.
“Now, without re-litigating the past, I am absolutely convinced and the vast majority of economists are convinced that the steps we took in the recovery act saved millions of people their jobs, or created a whole bunch of jobs. OBAMA’S HAND-PICKED ECONOMISTS POO-POO ‘STIMULUS’
The presidency of Barack Obama would be hysterical – if it were not so dangerous to the United States of America. Now, the White House’s Council of Economic Advisors, (a group of three economists who were all handpicked by Captain Awesome himself), reports that Captain A’s “stimulus package” has added or saved just under 2.4 million jobs – whether private or public – at a cost (to date) of $666 billion. That’s a cost to taxpayers of $278,000 per job.

MEXICO CLAIMS ITS ‘SOLDIERS GOT LOST’
A convoy of three Mexican military trucks loaded with soldiers and weapons entered the United States illegally yesterday, Mr. Obama; where is your moat? Or, as you said in Texas, is this just another example of Republicans overreacting to illegal immigration?
Customs and Border Protection investigators told KGNS-TV they spoke with Mexican authorities after being alerted that the military convoy was heading in their direction.
Those same Mexican officials say the soldiers ”didn’t know the area and got lost” and that “an investigation into the ‘incident’ is continuing.” Uh huh. Just like the beheading in Phoenix, right? Is an “investigation” into that “incident” continuing too?” Or how about the “incident” of the murder of unarmed ICE agents in Mexico? Where are we on the investigation of that “incident”?
Based on the preponderance of “incidents” going on here, Mr. President, perhaps that moat full of alligators idea isn’t so bad after all. Although – come to think of it – maybe the drug lords and the Mexican government can police the border just fine. Never Mind.

president’s Council of Economic Advisers, said this morning that the Obama Administration is shifting focus from its “rescue phase” to”trying to leverage the private sector” as the key element of economic recovery. (Obama’s “rescue phase” has not been dissimilar to a baby elephant being “rescued” by a pack of hungry lions.)
What? Was he serious? Has Barack Obama secretly quit the Democratic party with plans of running for reelection as a Republican?
