If you watched the news today, you might wonder what those little blips between Republican campaign reporting were. They were so short, and yet so unbelievable, that you might think you dreamed them. They were so outrageous that you might think it was actually a nightmare. My father sent me an email recently in response to a theoretical question I had concerning the Messiah for whom the Jews are waiting. I was wondering if they knowingly rejected Christ or if they truly still thought that God would send a great king with armies as their Messiah. I mean, if Jesus is the Messiah (and he is), then it should be evident to all who seek him, right? Being the son of God is no small thing. The son of God would have a presence that would be undeniable. And Jesus’ presence is undeniable. (Hence, the hate he and God draw from so-called unbelievers. The Senate is set to vote on a bill today that would define the whole of the United States as a “battlefield” and allow the U.S. Military to arrest American citizens in their own back yard without charge or trial.
“The Senate is going to vote on whether Congress will give this president—and every future president — the power to order the military to pick up and imprison without charge or trial civilians anywhere in the world. The power is so broad that even U.S. citizens could be swept up by the military and the military could be used far from any battlefield, even within the United States itself,” writes Chris Anders of the ACLU Washington Legislative Office. I have a friend, a neighbor, who told me the other day that she just couldn’t wait for Christmas to be over with. Now, to put this comment into perspective, you have to understand this woman. If Christmas could be wrapped and packaged into the shape of a woman, it would be her. Every year, she opens her home to all her family members (distant and close), her neighbors and friends. The tree is up and fabulously decorated before Thanksgiving because she always throws a Thanksgiving shin-dig-blow-out with armies of platters packed with delectables. Her table decor just makes you wonder. Her neat, tidy home sparkles in the neighborhood and warmly beckons a drop by visit. She is always stocked with cleverly selected wines which will surely end up in your hand should you choose to accept the unspoken invitation.

When you see the sad, sad debt deal that cuts only 2 trillion over the next 10 years (within which we will also borrow another 10 trillion), that has no guarantees to extend the Bush tax cuts and that doesn’t even touch the major causes for our debt crisis in the first place, do you just shake your head? Today, while reading my morning dose of news, I came upon two articles on the European Union’s ‘desperate’ attempts to stop the financial meltdown (which they call a ‘contagion’) of Greece. I knew I would find something there, but the first article only gave the outline of events. So I read the second article. And there it was. Just like I knew it would be. But later about that. Let’s start at the beginning. The article opens with:
“BRUSSELS — Euro zone leaders were set to give their
financial rescue fund sweeping new powers to prevent contagion and help Greece
overcome its debt crisis, according to the draft conclusions of an emergency
summit on Thursday.”
The way I describe ‘instinct’ to my children is to have them imagine two antennae on their foreheads. I tell them, “When they wiggle, trust them. Huffington Post Claims Cantor is Corrupt & Wants Boehner’s Job.
You know when the Huffington Post & Progressive Liberals start investigating your stock portfolio and start publicizing feuds that don’t exist, then you must be doing the right thing. This is what is happening in Washington today. The Huffington Post has been printing articles that Eric Cantor‘s walk-out from the Biden led debt ceiling talks are a direct result of money he might make from his stock portfolio. They base this on his purchase of stocks that they claim would benefit from a full governmental shutdown. Absurd. Further, they are attempting to pick a fight between Republicans in the ol’ divide & conquer scheme. Obama was quick to ‘praise’ Boehner as the more ‘reasonable’ Representative between Cantor & Boehner in an attempt to give Boehner the ‘kiss of death’. Liberal politicians are getting major air time from Obama’s news-owning élite saying that 70,000 children will die and that seniors will actually starve if this debt ceiling is not raised. It also agrees with much I have been theorizing over the past two months concerning Obama and his desire to create a new American Union. Apparently the actual name being thrown about is: The North American Union. And while I’ve been saying Ameri-dollar, others have been saying Amero. Funny. Cause I saw this happening without first seeing the video. The video was made years ago (2008) and yet, someone who has heard nothing of it has seen the plan unfolding. Interesting, to say the least. No wonder they need control of the Internet. Cause even though the news media is quiet as a tomb, the People are not. The Internet must be controlled to stop us from finding this out.

A lifetime ago, I was a cadet at West Point. Part of a cadet’s career included being called a ‘plebe’ for the entire freshman year. During this year, among other various forms of torture, we were only allowed to answer an upperclassman with three responses to any question: “Yes, sir!”, “No, sir!” and the best one of all, “No excuse, sir!” Oh, that last one bothered me. Because, of course, your failure was often the fault of others- at least on first inspection. Once, I had ‘laundry’ duty. That meant that I was responsible for leading a group of unlucky plebes in the distribution of upper classmen’s dry cleaning & clean laundry. Well. The plebe who was supposed to deliver the company’s dry cleaning to me was atrociously late! Consequently, I & my team were also late delivering the laundry to the upper classmen. Needless to say, I was severely ‘hazed’ by the upperclassman. I wanted desperately to blame the other cadet. I & my team were rearin’ & ready to go. But all I could say was, “No excuse, sir!” I burned over that one. But, upon reflection, I realized that I could have contacted this other person the night before and made sure he was ready to get his part done on time. It was then that I understood how authority, responsibility & accountability worked.

Breastfeeding: An Empoyee Right?.
Here is an interesting story of which I am struggling to form an opinion: a female police officer, Officer Sashay Brown in Washington D.C. was recently denied desk duty that she requested in order to continue breast feeding her new baby. She had just come off maternity leave which exhausted her sick leave. Medical Services Branch Director, William Sarvis refused to bend a new department policy that was meant to force officers who had made dubious claims of health issues back to the street.�
The article does not state whether she had vacation time left or whether she was allowed to apply it in this case. As it wasn’t mentioned, I have to assume that it was also gone. It states that this was her second child, but not whether it was the second time she took maternity leave with this department. Nor does it indicate whether or not Brown had any discipline or work performance issues before this situation.� Continue reading..

“Obama & Michelle will take the tax payer’s jet to his gala fund raiser events tonight instead of meeting with Congress over the plebian issues of the debt ceiling & national debt.”
He sneers that only ‘people with jets’ will be asked to contribute more (though these same jet owners already pay 40% of ALL taxes paid to the U.S. government already). What he doesn’t mention is that he will also increase taxes on those earning a mere $250,000 as well. Those are not jet owners. Those are not even rich in today’s’ world. George Soros, with his billions, is rich. And he is Obama’s good friend. Now why would Obama raise taxes on his friend? Because, my friend, the truly wealthy don’t pay taxes at all. Their money is locked up in off shore companies, shell companies, and clever schemes. Soros laughs at taxes. I’m suffering right now. Tears stream down my face as I write this. The first time I posted it, I hadn’t noticed that the arm and then the leg of this baby had been methodically pulled off its body. Then, it’s little belly. I’m sure it was painful. Did the baby cry? I thought the baby’s skull was just crushed quickly.
